Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is a beautiful state park in Florida that is known for its natural spring and river.
This spring is 72 degrees all year round and is a perfect setting for adults and children to learn what it’s like to be a Mermaid, a Park Ranger, or a Lifeguard here at Weeki Wachee Springs. Keep in mind that the first notifications for open registrations can be found on our Facebook page and our website for the Friends of Weeki Wachee.
Age ranges for each camp are firm. If the camp says “OUT OF STOCK” – there are no more registrations available. Sirens of the Deep Camp
In our Sirens of the Deep Mermaid Camp, you’ll experience what it is like to be an underwater performer at Weeki Wachee Springs. Each day, you’ll participate in underwater ballet training sessions where you will learn the basic ballet moves that the Mermaids of Weeki Wachee must learn before they perform shows.

Junior Mermaid Camp
Our Junior Mermaid Camp is a 2-day weekend camp for kids ages 7-13. The camp includes many exciting experiences for your child such as: mermaid makeovers, personal photo session in a tail, various mermaid crafts, education about the spring, and multiple swimming sessions in the mermaid spring led by the World Famous Weeki Wachee Mermaids!

Junior Lifeguard Camp
Junior Lifeguard Camp is a great learning experience for kids. It gives them the opportunity to learn important lifesaving skills as well as what it takes to be a lifeguard. Your child will experience the daily duties and responsibilities of a certified lifeguard and receive training in basic water rescues, advanced escape techniques, CPR, AED and first aid.
Mermaid Camp is a place where young girls and boys can learn about the beauty and mystery of mermaids. They can also learn to swim and dive like a mermaid. The camp is located in a beautiful spot on the beach where the girls can swim and play in the water.
The camp is run by a kind and talented mermaid named Siren. Siren is a beautiful mermaid with long, flowing hair. She has a special gift for teaching young girls about mermaids and helping them to learn to swim and dive like a mermaid.
The girls and boys who attend Mermaid Camp will have a chance to learn about the legends and lore of mermaids. They will also learn about the different kinds of mermaids that exist. They will learn how to swim and dive like a mermaid and how to use a mermaid tail. Mermaid Camp is a fun and exciting place where young girls can learn about the beauty and mystery of mermaids. They can also learn to swim and dive like a mermaid.
